The extraordinary work of contemporary artists, craftspeople, and specialist designers are woven in each of the buildings and landscaped spaces of NewActon.

Nationally recognised artists have been commissioned to custom design works of art for the landscape at NewActon including the public lobby of the NewActon East Heritage Link.

At NewActon, our intent is to reveal, honour, and support the work of Australian artists and designer/makers as part of the creation of a unique part of the city.

While some of the art at NewActon has been specially commissioned and will be a permanent part of ‘special spaces’, we do realise that all of us love change and difference in our daily lives.

We believe that there is a wealth of superb work by young and emerging artists in Australia that deserves to be acquired and enjoyed by all of us. These purchases in turn help to provide much-needed professional income to those working in the visual arts.

To support emerging artists, the NewActon Molonglo Collection has been created by The Molonglo Group to ensure regular rotation and display of artworks in the developments buildings and landscaped areas.
