A commissioned Art Program has been developed in close integration with the architecture of the buildings by Pamille Berg, reinforcing our belief that the active presence of contemporary art and design in our everyday living and working spaces is an essential aspect of urban place-making.

Commissioned work for both public spaces and private apartments within the precinct have, so far encompassed a site-specific works by artist Dan Maginnity and by internationally-experienced sculptors including Warren Langley, Robin Blau, and Arthur Wicks in contemporary media including optic fibre, LED projections, waxed rusted mild and stainless steel, and an interactive sculptural work activated by members of the public via sensors along the footpath.

Additional interior and exterior commissioned works by sculptors Anne Ferguson and Robin Blau, together with work in timber by designer/makers Kevin Perkins, Gordon Smith, and Derek Wiffen, provide a seamless connection and itinerary through the landscaped courts into the adjacent heritage buildings interlacing content and creative making within the entire urban precinct.
